The West End Neighborhood Association (WENA) is fundraising to support renovation and renewal of Tate/Tyng Playground and Harbor View Memorial Park on York Street.
In addition to replacing and adding new trees, shrubs and other plantings, the Portland Parks Department’s plans include the installation of an adult fitness court (a first for Portland), improved accessibility for neighbors of all ages, new play structures, and seating.
Our goal for the Tate/Tyng Playground and Harbor View Memorial Park fundraiser is $10,000 and we are almost halfway there. Every donation, small or large, helps! We hope you’ll donate today either via http://www.wenamaine.org/get-involved/ donate/ or by mail to:
