Noor Ibrahim, 27 years old of South Portland, was arrested by Portland police this morning after crashing his car into several parked vehicles on Oxford Street.
Before police arrived, a citizen witnessed the accident and took Ibrahim’s car keys. Ibrahim displayed a black handgun, and waived it in the air demanding his keys back.
Ibrahim put down the gun and was subsequently arrested by the Portland police. Police later determined that the gun was a realistic looking pellet gun.
Ibrahim was charged with OUI, reckless conduct and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon. No one was hurt in this incident.
