ROB KOROBKIN FOR CITY COUNCIL
I’m asking you to please vote for Rob Korobkin for City Council. With David Marshall leaving the District Two Council seat, we sorely need a Councilor to replace him who will not be in lockstep with the rest of the council, who too often scrape and bow to the moneyed interests that will continue to turn our city into some kind of “foodie” Disneyland, where only the very rich can afford to live.
Rob is a teacher, a programmer, a musician and a thoughtful community activist who among other things, has worked to create cooperative housing and to protect Congress Square from out-of-state hedge fund hotel developers. He understands we need our city to grow, but that the residents should be involved with what that looks like.
Rob supports, living wages and reasonably priced housing for the people who make this city work day to day.
Vote Rob Korobkin to have our voices heard on the City Council and keep Portland livable for everybody.
