On Wednesday, February 25th, at about 1:15 a.m. the clerk at the 7-Eleven located at 27 Washington Avenue reported that he was robbed.

Responding officers were told that a female entered the store and asked the male clerk for a carton of cigarettes. The female then attempted to spray the clerk with some type of pepper spray.
The clerk reacted quickly and was able to briefly grab the suspect, but eventually let her go after being bitten on the hand. Other than the bite to the hand no one was injured.
The suspect fled without the carton of cigarettes. She is a white female in her thirties, 5’4” tall and about 140 lbs with dark hair. She was wearing a tan jacket, blue jeans and a winter hat.
