The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to a conditional zoning agreement for the St. Lawrence Arts Center, including a proposed Transportation Demand Management Plan. The amendments have been proposed by the Friends of the St. Lawrence Church to allow an addition to their existing performance arts venue, including a 401 seat theater, lobby area, support spaces, and function rooms, on the site of the former St. Lawrence Church sanctuary at 76 St. Lawrence Street. Public comments will be taken at this meeting.
