Former President Bill Clinton will appear in Portland on Tuesday, September 2nd at a rally to benefit Congressman Mike Michaud in his race for Governor. The event will take place at the Ocean Gateway Terminal beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the event are free but the event has already reached its capacity, and a waiting list is being developed for possible openings.
