In 2005, Benchmark was started on a shoestring budget and run out of my basement for several years. Today, I’m humbled to be Portland’s top selling agent and proud to lead one of Maine’s top agencies with four offices and close to 40 staff and agents. We’re a locally-owned and operated, non-franchised agency. We employ local people, buy from local vendors and support local charities, giving back 10% of profits each year.
